Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your commitment to a deal at any time before the deal is finalized. Once a deal reaches its target and is finalized, cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
To cancel a commitment, please visit your "My Deals" page and select the deal you wish to cancel. You can cancel up to 2 hours after the deal's end time if the deal has not yet been finalized.
Refund Policy
Failed Deals
If a deal fails to reach its minimum target, all authorized payments will be automatically released and refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Successful Deals
Once a deal is successful and payment is captured, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- Tier Upgrade Refunds: If a deal exceeds its target and reaches a better pricing tier, you will automatically receive a partial refund for the price difference.
- Product Issues: If you receive a defective product or the product does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Delivery Issues: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
- Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
